Decorative Flake Floors in Elk Grove, CA

Our decorative flake floors

Review a physical sample for flake coverage, color and texture.

Options and tradeoffs

Flake size, color blend and coverage change the appearance, while the clear topcoat controls much of the feel and cleaning behavior. Review a complete physical sample rather than loose flakes alone.

The Installation and Project Process

Prepare and prime the concrete as specified, apply the receiving coat and broadcast the selected flakes. Remove loose material and finish with the compatible topcoat system, maintaining agreed edges and joint details.

Get a Detailed Project Estimate

Specify flake blend, coverage level, preparation and the complete coating system. Ask whether sample approval, vertical returns, joint treatment and extra topcoat needed for the desired texture are included in the price.

After the project

Sweep or vacuum abrasive grit and use cleaning methods suited to the topcoat. Retain the flake blend details for repairs, while recognizing that localized patches may remain visible against an aged surface.

Epoxy Flooring for Elk Grove Properties

Elk Grove has a varied housing stock. The 2023 American Community Survey five-year estimate places the median year its housing was built at 2000. That is useful background for a project, but the condition and layout of your own property should guide the work.

Every Elk Grove property has its own access, construction details and maintenance history. Describe the existing condition, the areas affected and your priorities for epoxy flooring. A property assessment turns that information into a scope suited to the building.
